Trey had 10 guys on his 8 man football team. While they only had 10 people, they dominated like few teams have. They did not give up a point until the 5th game, and went one whole game without allowing the other team a first down. The season went really well, until a kid quit and another got in trouble, so the had to cancel the last game. Trey played all over, with only 10 kids everyone had to play lots of positions, he had fun, made some tackles, passed for some touchdowns, and made some blocks. Rob coached, and with Trey in high school next year, his jr. high coaching days are probably over for now.

That's sad when something you love comes to an end. It was cool Trey got to try a lot of positions. He'll be well rounded for next year.
ReplyDeleteCongrats to Trey! Nice to see you in the blogosophere :) (and no, we haven't seen the Wild Things movie yet, but it's on the list -- we heard it was good.) Hope all is well!
